Bob Plummer
Bob has led Stunsl as Managing Director for the past twelve years, during which Stunsl has successfully completed over 125 performance improvement projects and15 organization-wide Lean transformations. Prior to Stunsl, Bob has 30 years of experience leading organizations and teams to achieve transformational performance through leveraging front-line team member engagement, kaizen culture, problem solving, and continuous process improvement. Bob began his career leading manufacturing operations at General Motors, including Toyota experience at NUMMI, followed by 15 years of experience applying Lean techniques as Division President, COO, and CEO of both manufacturing and service companies. Bob has a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from Kettering University and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.

Dave Schneider
Dave brings over 30 years of business transformation and process improvement experience in ascending leadership roles within several large, global corporations. Dave began his career at 3M in engineering roles leading six sigma improvement projects across a large number of businesses and facilities within 3M. He spent eleven years at Dell in leadership roles in Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations and led their global manufacturing and fulfillment Lean transformation organization. At Emerson, Dave was initially hired to lead the development and delivery of a business transformation methodology utilized by Emerson across the global business called Perfect Execution. Dave then spent the next six years at Emerson as a division president, running two global businesses manufacturing motors for the HVAC industry and actuation solutions for the Oil & Gas industry. Dave has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from MIT.

John Carlon
Prior to working in a consulting capacity the past 10 years, John had over 20 years of experience working in the aerospace and semiconductor equipment manufacturing industries utilizing lean manufacturing principles in multiple facilities in the US and abroad in a variety of hands-on executive Finance and IT roles. He has been instrumental in transforming existing facilities, establishing new greenfield operations, and integrating organizations through business acquisition. John has led multiple successful ERP implementations, development of mission-critical business applications, software integrations, and post-acquisition integration of IT and global business processes yielding significant cost savings and operational efficiencies. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University as well as a Master in Business Administration (MBA) and a Master of Accountancy (MAcc) from the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University.

Nathan Choe
Prior to joining Stunsl, over the course of more than 20 years, Nathan rose through the ranks of the semiconductor, medical, solar energy, and aerospace portfolio companies to hold executive-level P&L, finance, IT, and operations leadership positions. In these roles, Nathan gained experience driving $200 million of organic and inorganic sales growth, improving P&L performance and operations performance, mergers and acquisitions, lean manufacturing, ERP system integration, and supply chain management. Nathan has focused his consulting practice on operations improvement utilizing finance and IT tools to develop business processes that accelerate sustained business performance improvement, ERP system development and integration, and developing software systems to streamline back-office accounting and IT processes. Nathan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with a minor in Computer Science from Oregon State University.

Gary Drango
Gary has held key leadership roles at global technology companies over 40 years including VP of Manufacturing, VP of Supply Chain and Logistics, and Managing Director of Operations. Gary has extensive experience making Operational Excellence, Process Quality, Lean Implementation, and Supplier Management improvements in global extended value streams. Previously, Gary had experience managing manufacturing operations in the automotive, electronics, and industrial products industries. In these roles he developed extensive experience in strategy development, lean manufacturing, quality systems, manufacturing management systems, and operations performance improvement. Gary has a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University and an MBA from the University of Dayton.

Bill Hill
Bill brings over 35 years of manufacturing and process engineering experience in leadership roles helping teams achieve or exceed performance objectives through the application of Lean Manufacturing principles. Bill’s career started at General Motors Powertrain as a co-op student graduating into leadership roles in Quality Control, Operations and Engineering making Internal Combustion Engines. He has also served in Director of Operations positions at Saint-Gobain Advanced Ceramics making Boron Nitride in powder, liquid and solid products, BOC Edwards building room size freeze dryers for Big Pharma companies, Innovative Concepts in Entertainment building arcade games and Pacer Bioscience developing process technologies to produce biofuels from carbon-based biomasses. Bill has a Bachelor of Industrial Administration from Kettering University and an MBA from the State University of New York at Buffalo.

Russ Pfund
Russ has over 45 years of experience in a variety of automotive, aerospace and industrial environments. He has held positions in aerospace product engineering and project management. Halfway thru his career he became heavily involved with international manufacturing and product line management. Russ led multi-national teams supporting product sales for large international clients such as GE, MTS, Siemens, and Tokyo Electric. Russ has managed many large-scale projects from inception to implementation while focusing on project cost and on-time delivery. Russ holds a Bachelors of Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University.

Ryan Soderstrom
Ryan’s 30-year career crosses industries such as advertising and marketing, biopharmaceuticals, pharmacy/healthcare management, government, and manufacturing – focusing on disciplines such as Lean transformation, leadership problem-solving, change management, and operations integration. Ryan began his career providing strategic counsel for Bayer Pharmaceuticals, United Healthcare, and GlaxoSmithKline. For 18 years, Ryan worked for Express Scripts, helping it grow from Fortune 800 to Fortune 20 by working in the planning center for more than 20 acquisitions – directing corporate messaging, integration communications, change management, and specialty healthcare programs. Ryan holds a Bachelor’s of Communications from the University of Northwestern and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Missouri.

Lory Stapsy
Lory has 25 years of experience of P&L responsibility as VP, COO and other strategic roles in verticals such as Integrated Delivery Systems, insurance and benefit companies and with early stage companies and new business units included incorporating contemporary technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and Natural Language Processing into workflows. Lory’s basis of business strategy, execution and leadership is rooted in Lean and Six Sigma including receiving her Master Black Belt from GE’s Lean/Six Sigma training program and ASQ SSBB certification. Lory has a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from Tufts University and a Masters in Health Policy & Management from Harvard School of Public Health.

Kismet Weiss
Kismet Weiss has over 30 years of operations and senior leadership experience serving in both the private and public sectors with an established record of achievement building high-performing teams and improving business processes to deliver exceptional customer service and results. Kismet has significant executive management experience leading large scale transformation initiatives, successfully managed several large organizations with multi-million dollar budgets and is highly skilled in business analysis, project management and process improvement. She has held senior management positions in Canada and the United States, most recently as COO of the Arizona Department of Transportation. Kismet holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from National Louis University.
